NADINE’s aim is to offer new services for migrants by achieving breakthrough research and radical innovation. In order to provide new means and methods for integrating migrants from different backgrounds in European host countries, our solution will be tested and demonstrated in real operating environments through extensive pilots with both qualitative parameters and quantitative success measures. The consortium of NADINE values ethics and data privacy and complies with EU regulations. We apply a strict personal data treatment policy and ensure that all appropriate measures are taken to protect your personal data and to safeguard your rights. When collecting data, we make sure that we collect only the data which is necessary to the performance of the services and the purpose of the project.

 

What personal data do we collect ?

User Identification Information : This can include your name, the name of your organisation, your email address or contact details, your user name and password to access our services.

Non-personal statistical information : In order for our research teams to perform analysis, we collect information which is not connected to the individual’s identity, such as the language spoken and professional skills. Statistical information is not personnel information as it does not relate to the individual but relates to the project. The researchers can access this information during the pilot phase and can extract it from your data. Despite this, users cannot be identified.

How is data security ensured ?

All data collected during the NADINE project, including during pilot phases, is stored on a secured repository which is compliant with GDPR standards : our servers are located in France and their address is available to users upon request sent to dpo@scriptandgo.com
We do not sell personal data to third parties. When we do share the data, it is with entities which are part of the NADINE project and/or approved by the European Commission as recipient of the data.

How do we protect your rights ?

You have the right to know the data we hold that concerns you and its detail, also to be able to access it and make any necessary changes. In certain circumstances, you also have the right to oppose the use of this data. To demand your rights, you can write to us at the following address :
